implementing the Malaria Social Behaviour Change and Communication project in 2020. The objective is to improve knowledge, attitudes and practices in preventing and controlling the spread of malaria. Currently use of longlasting insecticide-treated bed nets (LLINs) are being demonstrated, together
with rapid diagnostic tests and trainings in symptomatic diagnosis and proper use of LLINs. During 2021, there was an increase in fever cases reporting to village clinics where timely treatment is essential, especially for children under five and pregnant women.
