CHE (Community Health Evangelism) project

The project aims at improving community health and wellbeing through the seamless integration of evangelism, discipleship, and community development. In 2021, the project achieved the following:

  • Hunger alleviation. Families have learnt how to Grow crops that can bring food even if they have no fertilizer for maize growth. Instead, they grow sweet potatoes for sell and purchase Maize.
  • Covid-19 awareness. People have been encouraged to Wear masks, wash hands (using Tip-taps) and using hand Sanitizers.
  • Number of people suffering from diarrhea decreased after health precaution awareness against diarrhea such as washing fruits, plates and hands before eating.
